(“we”, “us” or “our”) provides the services available on the site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using our site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please note that if you visit one of our other sites, you are subject to the terms and conditions applicable for that site and we suggest that you consult such terms and conditions.
Access to information
We are obliged to always keep available the next information to the user:
- information on our identity (in particular name and registered office of the company and the register number where the company is registered);
- contact information, allowing the user quick and efficient communication with us (email address, phone, etc.);
- information on the essential characteristics of the products from online store;
- information on the availability of products from an online store;
- the terms of delivery of products, notably the place and time of delivery;
- information on the method of payment;
- information on the time limit within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract
- information about the possible return of goods

The offer, which is located on the site may be changed daily due to the nature of business. The prices of individual goods are regular and special rates or discounts. Oksalis d.o.o. is responsible for the quality of goods or services. Oksalis is also responsible for any complaints or consequences that could arise during the benefits of goods or services. For the performance of services or sale of goods and the related potential complaints is Oksalis d.o.o. fully responsible.
Photos, pictures or videos posted within the bids are the property of Oksalis d.o.o. or its suppliers, business partners, or are just merely illustrative and do not provide precise characteristics of a product or service and can symbolically or actually show our service offering, the company or goods.
All prices indicated for products available via the site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section.
Prices are valid until the moment of delivery of the product. We reserve the right to change these. Prices are rounded off to two decimal places (1 cent). When placing an order, the visitor/customer becomes a user and acquires the right to access to all the data of the distance contract.
Distance contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (the customer receives an e-mail about the status of the order confirmed). From that moment, all prices and other terms are determined and apply to the provider and the customer.
With the payment of the invoice the customer accepts the general conditions.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on the site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Although we aim to keep the site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this site at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.
Purchase Related Policies
The products and services available on the site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. Please note that samples are subject to availability.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Placing an Order and Order Acceptance
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods from the Oksalys site by clicking on the Place order button at the end of the on-line order process.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgment providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card.

Purchase on Oksalys.eu is safe, simple and convenient. The buyer must ensure that its data is correct and true, regardless of payment method.
We provide the following payment methods:
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment directly into our bank account
The purchase will be activated when Oksalis d.o.o. receives the payment. After the payment (if the payment is received on Oksalis d.o.o. bank account until 12 p.m. the products will be send on the same day; whether the payment is made after 12 p.m., the products will be send on the next day; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included) Oksalis d.o.o. sends the products and invoice.

The above methods of payment apply to all offers, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Delivery Options & Charges
Delivery charges are per order; Standard delivery for all orders is within 2-7 business days. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require sending orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Our delivery service company is GLS (General Logistics Systems).
Delivery options for Europe; orders placed from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)
Standard delivery: delivery within two to seven working days.

- Portugal, Greece, Ireland – 19,50€ (also Turkey and Switzerland, but please, consult with us before ordering, as you know, products have to go through customs)
- Bulgaria – 26€ (also Norway, but please, consult with us before ordering, as you know, products have to go through customs)
- Serbia – 35€ (please, consult with us before ordering, as you know, products have to go through customs)
If your purchase overcome 100€, delivery is free of charge for all of the above countries. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address.
When the package is sent, our customer will receive an e-mail, including estimated time of delivery and also a link to web application, where the customer can choose between 4 ways of delivery:
- delivery to Parcel Shop
- delivery to other address (if you maybe know, you will not be at the place, you have indicated in the order)
- delivery to GLS depo
- options for selecting other day for delivery
If the customer doesn’t receive his package within 2-7 working days, please, do not hesitate to contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the package will reach you damaged, you should send the whole package (with a carton box) back to our address (Cesta talcev 37a, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia) and we will re-send your package.
Acceptance of Goods
If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact Customer Services on the following number 00386 40 657 498 or contact us by email@example.com.
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the returns policy & procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns Policy and Procedure
If the buyer has received the goods and has changed his mind, he has the right to inform us that he wishes to return the goods within fifteen (15) days from receiving the receipt of the company. Within fifteen (15) days since written notice, the buyer must return the goods, but in the original packaging and unopened. Oksalis d.o.o. must return the purchase price paid within fifteen (15) days after we receive the package back. The refund amount will not include costs for the delivery service.

We will also resend the goods if you have received the wrong product due to our mistake. The purchase price will be returned back to you immediately upon receipt of the returned goods.
The buyer shall fully meet the delivery costs when returning the goods.

Complaints and disputes
Oksalis d.o.o. will try to resolve any ambiguity, comment or complaint in the shortest time possible; at the same time we will also respect the legislation of Slovenia (Consumer Protection Act) and will do our best to reach an agreement.
Comments and complaints are processed by the administrative department and are dealt by the legal department. Customers can use these contacts:

The process hearing is confidential. Should an agreement not be possible to reach, the court in charge is Celje.
Complaints regarding the quality or the delivery shall be settled between the buyer and Oksalis d.o.o.
